Information you provide

When you use the calculator, you may enter vehicle, trailer, weight, equipment, and trip information. If you save a report, we also collect the email address and optional first name you provide. Marketing consent is separate and optional.

How we use information

We use submitted information to calculate and save your assessment, provide your private report link, operate and improve the service, prevent abuse, and—only when you opt in—send occasional Tow Genius communications.

Analytics and advertising

We may use analytics to understand aggregate visits, calculator completions, and site performance. We may later display advertising. Advertising and analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies subject to their own notices and the choices made available to you.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers that host or operate the site, process analytics, or deliver communications. Saved reports may be retained while the service is operating; anyone with a private report link may be able to view that report.

Your choices

You can use and print the calculator without saving a report or providing an email. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us through the contact page.

Children and changes

Tow Genius is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised date here.
